- - Short-mid-long term Color Cosmetics Portfolio strategy
- - Leads new Color Cosmetics product development and supports new product launch
- - Multi-year brand/marketing plan, including:
- 1. Category/portfolio planning
- 2. Brand positioning/claims,
- 3. Marketing campaign assets development (advertising, media, packaging, PR),
- 4. Product pricing,
- 5. Collaboration with cross-functional areas including Tech Reg, R&D, Manufacturing, etc.
- - Develop profitable brand and products that areconsumer preferred:
- 1. Product/packaging innovation,
- 2. A balanced, consistent innovation pipeline/panier,
- 3. Cross functional efforts toward new product/packaging (new technology, new brand, etc.),
- 4. Development of naming & launch plans,
- 5. Defines learning needs and required market research.
- - Drives opportunities to increase profitability.
자격요건
- Knowledge of Color cosmetics brand management principles and practices - 6-10 years` relevant experiences - Knowledge of Color cosmetics brand strategy development - Analytical and market research skills - Strategic planning skills
- Oral and written communications skills in English
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficient at English in both Written and Speaking
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and global clients
