- Main Purpose of Position:
Digital Marketing Communications team has roles to manage owned channel (Social media, Website) and participate in the execution of IMC campaigns by communicating with consumers through owned channels.
The team communicates and collaborates with various parties from media planners, brand managers, content designers, and campaign creative team (including third party agencies) to photographers and stylists.
This function’s objective is to engage consumers and brand through contents
and communications as a team leader of 6 team members.
(1) Owned Channel Retain
Maintain consistent brand voice on 7+ owned channels (Social media, Website)
Creative Insight: Collaborate with brand and other draftline teams to identify new creative opportunities Consumer communication content development and production
Channel Engagement: Responsible for editorial copy for postings and consumer engagement
Analyzing content effectiveness based on creativity
(2) IMC Campaign amplification on digital
Campaign idea and activity development (Co-work with Creative team / development for digital campaigns) Consumer engagement strategy development from various angles and execution
(Not limited to Social media contents, but activities that can expand to offline event,
media & brand collab/partnership - various activities that can create maximum engagement)
PM role with executing the above
(3) Brand Website
Developing consumer journey including website usage & communication with web agency
Website retain management: Meet global DGP standards, communication surrounding website maintainanc
(4) Monitoring
Consumer care management : Daily monitoring of owned channels,
provide insights to team members as well as brand managers when need
Crisis Monitoring: Crisis monitoring of consumer communication
(5) Management
Track measure contents performance and KPIs
People Management - People manage, strong team building and capability development

IMC 캠페인 `리드` 경력 필수
- Min 12+ yrs of experience in leading IMC campaign or
Owned channels in brand`s marketing teams,
or top creative / digital agency. Experience in Media planning is a plus.
- People management or team leading experience.
- Experienced IMC campaign leading
- Excellent expert on social media
(Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok, Live streaming platforms)
- Deep understanding of media performance and contents analysis
- Excellent skills of communication and presentation in English
- Great collaborator and Proactive problem solver
