An international semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Field Application Engineer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for conducting customer visits and providing professional technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Execute business rollout plans in collaboration with sales teams
• Establish strong partnerships with customers through technical communication and knowledge-sharing
• Analyse customer needs from a technical perspective, identify design difficulties, analyse problems, and provide professional solutions
• Recommend suitable products to achieve customer solution design and mass production
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product promotion, deep analysis of applications, and engagement of new customers
• Work closely with R&D teams to analyse and feedback customer requirements, participate in application improvement for the Korean market
• Understand company`s products thoroughly and conduct regular technical training with agents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics-related major
• More than 10 years of experience in industrial application products development or customer technical support
• Prior analogue IC product support experience
• Technical support experience for automotive or industrial customers
• Background in a customer support position
• Knowledge of customer requirements for new parts and material imports
