A medical technology company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Group Lead. The chosen applicant will be developing and executing go-to-market strategies and comprehensive plans for new product launches. Responsibilities: - Lead market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders
- Develop forecasting models to predict future sales performance based on historical data, new product launches, market factors, and business assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals within the business group
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is advantageous)
- More than 10 years of professional experience in the commercial area in the medical device sector
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical device
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent level English
