A medical technology company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Group Lead. The chosen applicant will be developing and executing go-to-market strategies and comprehensive plans for new product launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Develop forecasting models to predict future sales performance based on historical data, new product launches, market factors, and business assumptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives from concept to commercialization
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals within the business group
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is advantageous)
  • More than 10 years of professional experience in the commercial area in the medical device sector
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical device
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent level English
