Job Responsibilities

l   Responsible for month-end closing on Accounts Payable and General Ledger

l   Issue VAT invoice and complete quarterly VAT return filing and payment

l   Review payment requests and prepare payment vouchers

l   Monitor cashflow forecast and arrange intercompany fund transfer/ settlement

l   Perform period-end balance sheet reconciliations

l   Maintain corporate credit card limits

l   Review Concur expense reports

l   Update fixed asset registers in Oracle

l   Liaise with local bank on foreign exchange payments

l   Ensure financial records in compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirement

l   Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and required

Education and Experience

l   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

l   Minimum 2 years of accounting and financial experience

l   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is preferable

l   Self-motivated, attentions to details and able to work independently

l   Good command in English and Korean

              회계/ 재무학과 학위 졸업자
