*Position summary: - Sales manager for direct customer in EP SBU in PM - To achieve Roadmap Target (each year) by aligning with A PMA budget - To maximize innovative sales & new product sales - To bring growth from Differentiated development. - Managing credit issues for each customer - Deliver sales, CM, and customer related cash budgets according to the targets (turnover, volume, CM, DSO, overdue managements…) * Main Tasks: - Achieve target revenue and business profitability by implementing smart business strategies - Develop business strategies based on market and competitive landscape analysis - Communicate effectively with other teams to provide customer focused solutions - Overall management of key accounts, including the development of multilayer relationships and good understanding of customer decision process - Responsible for monthly forecasting, market monitoring and smart pricing - Improve the relationship with key accounts by proposing sustainable solution and meeting their interests & requests * Education/Qualifications required: - Bachelor’s Degree of Chemical related major(preferred) - Above 5 years of relevant job experience in sales and marketing (recommended) - Good English and native level of Korean * Competencies required: - Skills for new application and customer development for business growth - Establish selling price by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand in line with internal price strategy - Excellent skills in relationship building and business build-up - Work experience in auto industry with EP solution - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
