담당업무

- Fully responsible for D&U Korea purchasing & sourcing activities (local & global), including metal, raw materials, OEM, ES&S(Equipment, Supply & Services), and waste disposal;

- Responsible for purchasing & sourcing strategy and supplier management, including supplier sourcing, relationship with suppliers, performance review, price management etc.

- Lead tenders, contracting, negotiation and risk assessment to secure the supply at a reasonable price with good quality in line with Nexans E3 model

- Liaise with Group category managers for Copper and PE/PVC to ensure best conditions are met

- Closely work with PSS (Purchasing Shared Service) team in ES&S & RM procurement;

- Keep close communication between suppliers and key stakeholders to meet business requirements

- Market intelligence collection, reporting and meetings

- Implement and improve process to meet compliance requirements.

- Support plant for logistic and quality escalations

- Other purchasing & sourcing tasks assigned by supervisor

자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree or above, 10 years or above relevant purchasing and sourcing experience in multi-national company. Cable industry is preferred

- Bilingual Korean & English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written; Trilingual Korean, English, Chinese speaker would be a merit.

- The knowledge of principles, practices, and functions of effective purchasing & sourcing management

- Good negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnership with suppliers.
