Key Position Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management § Develop and drive short and long term marketing and brand strategy in line with global and local business strategy § Conduct market analysis and forecasting - Manage financial goals of the brand - Analyze sales data, stock, sell-out and market share data by product / sales channels - Create and execute strategic marketing plans and positioning strategies, and analyze market and competitor activities 2. Market Communication § Develop and implement customer campaigns including events, advertising, promotions, digital marketing communications § Develop and manage B2C/B2B media relations and all PR activities to increase brand awareness and B2C sales § Activate retailers with BTL promotions, point-of-purchase merchandising materials, training, etc. (+2,000 optical shops) 3. Trade Marketing § Plan and implement positioning strategies of products in Korea with 4P integration § Plan and implement new product launch campaigns - media launching events, e-marketing campaign, advertising and PR, etc. § Plan and implement seasonal campaigns with integrated marketing communications - Back-to-school, Spring, Parents’ day, Thanks-giving, X-mas, year-end, etc. § Plan, drive and manage product launch results based on revenue in collaboration with sales teams
자격요건:
§ +5 years of experience working in marketing field § Strategic mindset while being execution-driven § Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into strategic insight § Ability to multi task by organizing and prioritizing work and coordinate required support across multiple functions to achieve project goals and objectives § Experience in digital marketing is a plus § Strong written and verbal communicator § Fluency in both English and Korean § Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
