- Implement the Suppler Readiness Program RG1 to RG7 (Maturity level) to all nominated (new, current and potential) Korean Suppliers.
- Implement maneuverability check (Review of design & simulation of the parts for prevention on potential failure of production during the try-out & production and Capability of production) to guide and secure the following development phases (B-Release, Start of tool production, TBT VFF, PVS and 0-Series)
- Check mis-functional production lines, broken tools, tracking repair schedules and suppliers counter actions.
- Escalate critical issues to the senior management to prevent of problem occurrence which is closed to series production.

- 3~10 years in all experiences within automotive industry for supply chain management, supplier readiness, tool-making (injection, press, casting, forging and extrusion) or production processes is required.
- 3-10 years in all experiences within project management (project coordination) in automotive industry id preferred.
- High level of autonomous work ability and analytical skill is required.
- High level ability and willingness to perform business trip inside Korea as well AEAN  region is required.
- Proficiency of MS-Office.
- Mid level of Understanding of automobile supply industry and OEM requirements, experience with IATF16949 and VDA preferred.
- Driving license is required.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Preferred in German.

- Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical or Electronics is required.
- Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management or Germanistick is preferred.
