Global Workforce Operation and Management (Monthly) - Check global human resource requirements and termination schedule by job of the global project site and reallocate human resources between sites. - Manage HQ`s global human resource planning and acquisition of HQ - Manage to dispatch or relocate the global human resources between HQ/Subsidiaries/Project Sites
2. Communication with foreign subsidiaries other than above
3. Operate training programs for the global employees
4. Global organizational culture
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력4년↑ - At least 4 years of HR business experience - a person who has a Korean language qualification - HR/Business Administration majors
