Marketing Manager/Product Manager, Advanced Wound Care
Job Description
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global
& regional marketing strategy
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market
research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development
- Provide country level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with
customers
- Develop, localize and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns,
customer education programs etc.
- Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs
- Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits
- Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders
- Organize and manage local congresses / meetings
- Support tender contract process by providing product-level details & specifications
- Provide key customer insights & market trends incl. competitor intelligence to BU head, country
leadership team and/or regional and global business unit from all relevant stakeholders
- Strong collaboration with cross functional teams (MA, RA, QA, SCM, HEGA, Finance etc.) for any product
launches and supply chain and operations
- Travel Requirements: Upon business needs, 2~30%
Job Requirements
May be considered for Marketing Manager or Senior Product Manager depending on experience level and interview results
- Bachelor`s degree required
- +3 to 10 years work experience in product marketing in medical devices or pharma (colorectal surgery
and/or urology preferred)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative market data for
developing strategic plan
- Computer proficiency: MS-office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
- Competencies in collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, teamwork, customer focus, and
achieving results
