담당업무

-      Occasionally lend bandwidth to integrated product teams, managing build process through BOM sequencing and creation/maintenance of manufacturing work instructions

-      Drive innovation of the product design and MFG process to improve MFG quality, cost, and on-time-delivery.

-      Work with team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineers to create and present new design solutions before Lam Product Group Engineering.

-      Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis on manufacturing escalations.         

-      Identifies opportunity for manufacturing quality and safety improvements, and drives improvement projects to completion.

-      Inspect products on the manufacturing floor for poka yoke opportunities. Evaluate design risk using FMEA.

-      Creative thinking and strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities, ideally including experience in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.

-      Solid understanding of electrical systems, manufacturing processes, quality systems.

-      Solid understanding of equipment and component manufacturing processes.

-      Experience with design of experiments and project management

-      Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance.

-      Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and strong attention to detail.
