*Objectives of the Position          
- Ensure the compliance of corporate and mandatory requirements in EHS area.
- Take necessary actions to raise employee awareness of risks and avoid /protect employee from hazards and occupational illnesses in the workplaces.

*Main Tasks
- Identify & inform to ensure the compliance with local EHS laws and Corporate EHS requirements
- Develop compliance measures with related teams for legal compliance and BASF conformance
- Establish and manage the site EHS system such as ISO 14001/45001/50001, OHSAS 18001, PSM and etc.) with BASF guidelines.
- Identify and conduct the overall education and training needs on EHS programs
- Monitor EHS target, objectives & performance of site and inform it of all teams
- Investigate & report the EHS accident to the relevant authorities / management
- Communicate with External organization (NGOs, Authorities, CAP, Reg EHS teams, etc) 
- Manage EHS team members with job adjustment and control the budget

*Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
- Education: Bachelor Degree, Chemical related major    
- Working Experience: over 10 years practical experiences for EHS management in Chemical industry
- Knowledge for EHS regulations, BASF guideline & EHS management system 
- Fluent English Speaking and Writing/ Native level of Korean
