담당업무

* Check-in/out all guests 

* Taking care of In-House guests and coordinating & cooperate with FO & Reservation staff

* Taking care of In-House guests at hotel restaurant outlets, Villas, and Spa

* Document translation

* Assist and help solve the problem for all guests

* Stationed at the main lobby and at the Grand Wing lobby

* Stationed twice-weekly at Diamond Spa

* Assist Human Resources Department in staff training for authentic Korean customs, tradition, and some useful-keyword day-to-day use of the language. 

* Observe rules, regulations, and local-general practice and be respectful of Thai custom, tradition, and understanding among foreigners

* Complies with hotel`s health, safety & Hygiene policy, and dress code

* Help maximize revenue by suggesting/introducing hotel products and services to all guests 

* Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Front Office Manager

* Help to run web content/social media for the Korean market. Updating and providing material and direct social media team for proactive and regular communication.

근무조건

* 급여: THB 20,000 - 30,000 (경력사항 및 영어능력에 따른 급여지급. 면접 후 결정)

자격요건

*  대졸(2-3년) 이상 졸업자

*  사진이 부착된 영문 Cover Letter 와 Resume 첨부
