-. Experience of communication with internal and external executive management on complex technical, commercial and customer issues 

-. Key decision maker driving change and strategic direction within the PM organization

-. Lead project status review meetings with the project team, business line leaders, and the customers

-. Works towards reducing costs and expenses where possible, without sacrificing safety or quality

-. Active management of projects during project execution and close out

-. Driving process optimization

-. Transparently reporting statuses/results/issues

-. Schedule, Cost, Design, Fabrication, installation, commissioning managing & control

-. Preparation and planning of projects (Project execution planning, Safety management, etc.)

-. Health & Safety related tasks for each position according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act & Severe Accident Punishment Act

자격요건

-. Mechanical engineering or design in college or university 

-. Minimum field experience about 5 years

-. Experience in engineering, field service or project management

-. Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

-. Experience or educated with mechanical industry drawings (Plant business preferred)

-. Experience or educated with mechanical CAD tools - Auto CAD, MicroStation, Navisworks

-. Experience or educated with MS Office tool - Project, Excel, Power point

-. SAP experience

-. No problem with a long-term business trip

-. Experience managing and developing teams in a complex domestic and international business

-. English ability is preferred
