[주요업무] 

o Upgrade existing MBFSK(Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea) digital communication channels (10%) 
- Support to manage and upgrade all MBFSK owned media. 
- Monitor and track MBFSK digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Participate and stay aligned with Mercedes Benz Mobility updates for all digital communication channels and strategy.
- Understand Mercedes Benz CICD as well as regulatory guidelines and apply to MBFSK online/offline documents & ads.

o Enhance customer communication through digital channels (30%)
- Adapt necessary global digital tools into local marketing / communication projects.
- Develop necessary digital tools for local sales process digitization.
- Collaborate with Brand partners for brand exposure opportunities & promotion development.
- Conduct Customer & Dealer survey through CEM.
- Manage customer loyalty index KPI and implement enhancement measures.

o Digital Project Execution (60%)
- Execute digital projects & initiatives as a key business project member aligned with company strategy to realize fully digitized & seamless customer experience (e.g eCommerce platform integration with brand partner, eContract enhancement etc.) 
- Market research ultimately to offer the state-of-the art digital applications and process.

[자격요건]

- 5년 이상의 Digital Project 리딩 경험자 

- Ability to create, read, analyze and interpret business information especially to follow market`s digital trends and regulation
- Quickly learn system, process about common IT system and tools
- Proficient in MS Office, Data analysis skills, Strong in documentation and PPT
- Excellent communication skills in English/ Korean for both written and verbal
