[Role Mission] At Crocs Korea, our ecommerce marketplace business is experiencing rapid growth, setting new standards in the digital landscape for both footwear and the fashion industry. We are actively seeking a highly competitive specialist to join our team and help us achieve unprecedented outcomes. As the key account specialist for our ecommerce marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. Your responsibilities will involve fostering relationships with key accounts, third-party agencies, as well as collaborating with our internal teams in Merchandising and Marketing to name a few. [Responsibilities] In this role, you will be accountable for achieving P&L KPIs, including revenue, PM, and EBIT growth, and taking ownership of business development. Your primary duties will encompass, but are not limited to: - Understanding and implementing Crocs marketplace strategy ensuring perfect execution, developing key plans for marketplace growth - Creating GTM and media plans, and executing strategic initiatives to reach target objectives - Analyzing sales and marketing performance using market insights and taking necessary actions - Cultivating strong relationships with marketplace platforms and third-party agencies - Collaborating closely with multiple functions to determine product assortments, pricing strategies, and branding activities - Engaging with customers to drive business growth seasonally and pre-aligning major promotions to meet KPI targets - Providing support to the Marketplace Manager and the team in terms of operations, including orders, shipping, and billing - Assisting with regular replenishment and managing consignment inventory [Requirements] - Education: A degree in any general discipline or a related field - Experience o 3-7 years of professional experience in ecommerce o Preferred: 1-2 years of marketplace/vendor business from brand side (FMCG is also welcome) - Competency o Analytical mindset and back-end operating knowledge of marketplace o Commercial insight to identify key business drivers and effectively leverage them for growth o Knowledge of using Naver/Google Analytics is a plus but not mandatory - Interpersonal Skills o Strong negotiation skills o Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environment o High energy, and willingness to embrace challenges presented by various stakeholders and tight timelines Join us at Crocs Korea, where you can be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and success in the ecommerce marketplace industry. |
