Operational:

Ensure reliable service and maintenance project execution in each country through managing the country PM leads to achieve:

• ㆍPreparation and planning of projects
• ㆍActive management of projects during project execution and close out
• ㆍManaging individual project issues (failures, fleet issues, etc)
• ㆍCo-ordination with offshore PM teams
• ㆍTransparently reporting status/results/issues
• ㆍDriving process optimization

ㆍLeadership

• Key decision maker driving change and strategic direction within the PM organization
• Manage country PM leads and oversee people issues (resources, development, succession, etc)
• Provide coaching to team members and oversee development of talent within the organization

Customer Relationships:

Work with the country PM leads and regional management to:

• ㆍManage senior customer relationships in each country
• ㆍBuilding effective networks and partnerships

자격요건

• ㆍMinimum 10 years of experience in Power Generation required, with experience in maintenance of rotating machinery very desirable
• ㆍBS in engineering or related area. Other relevant post graduate qualifications desirable
• ㆍIndustry knowledge and strong networks within the Power Generation industry in Korea
• ㆍExperience managing and developing teams in a complex domestic and international business (min 5 years)
• ㆍExperience communicating with internal and external executive management on complex technical, commercial and customer issues.
• ㆍWilling to travel an estimated 30% domestic and international.
• ㆍExperience in engineering, field service or project management
• ㆍUnderstanding of power plant technology and business models
• ㆍProfit and loss experience with an entrepreneurial approach
