A multinational bedding products manufacturer is searching for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will be handling compensation and benefits, data management, recruitment, and other HR-related duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll data of employees
  • Oversee the employee benefits program and operations
  • Work with service providers and campus recruiters to oversee the hiring process
  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage retail employee labour issues
  • Organise and implement retail employee engagement programs
  • Support retail staff with statutory training, online compliance, and ongoing product training


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 4-5 years of experience as an HR generalist (retail company)
  • Expertise in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
