?    A bachelor’s degree of mechanical/automotive engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
?    A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
?    Demonstrated ability to both teach and coach as a means to facilitate others’ learning
?    Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem-solving activities and initiative
?    Strong automotive system repair and diagnostics knowledge and training experience
?    Ability to be proactive, flexible, confident, professional, self-motivated, and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
?    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
