- Manage to set-up a strategy that aims to source the best service/product quality for the best market conditions within South-Korea and APAC 
-Independent set up of negotiation strategy and their executions with suppliers - Establish and lead cross-functional teams to coordinate the management of regional strategies in support of overall business objectives
- Communicate with procurement teams in other entities of Company in APAC countries for common strategies, project reference and benchmark prices 
- Analyze the internal business requirement by reviewing the scope of work in RFQ (Request for Quotation) in terms of spending, external market trends and previous tenders 
- Independent presentation to sourcing approval committee 
- Steer frame contracts and develop forecast strategies for future tenders 
- Manage the bidder portfolio and develop new potential suppliers 
- Conduct operation in SAP Ordering system for pending SC(Shopping cart) management, cost comparison, negotiation and PO (Purchase order) creation 
- Report in Oracle Sourcing system purchasing activities 
- Guide supplier to ensure sustainability management in supplier relations

- Min. 5 years working experience within Indirect Purchasing is required 
- Min. 2 years working experience within Direct Purchasing is preferred 
- Min. 5 years working experience within automotive industry is preferred 
- High level of Negotiation strategy and skill is required 
- High level of Purchasing Knowledge and Experiences is required 
- High level of Project management is required 
- High level of Communication with internal & external partners is required 
- High level of Data analysis and statistics is required 
- High level of IT (MS office including MS-Project) 
- Mid level of Legal for contracts and service agreements is required 
- Professional level of English and Korean is required 
- Beginner level of German is preferred ? Bachelor’s degree in business area is required 
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Controlling and Legal is preferred 
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is preferred
