Job Description:

Skill Set: - SAP MM Coordinator ? SAP ECC, S/4 HANA.

Location: - Korea ? Daejeon 

Languages: Korean, English

Responsibilities will include coordinating the SAP AMS support for Korea region along with resolving MM tickets/CR’s & enabling AMS support team to interact with business to resolve issues and collect business requirements for Change Request (CR’s). Bridging the language gap between Korean Business users & AMS support team operating in English.

Responsibilities and Duties

·     Should be coordinating with customer stake holders and business users for Korea region for SAP AMS support all SAP Modules.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

·     Support end-users with day-to-day SAP MM issues and troubleshooting. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.

·     Good communication and coordination of incident resolution & Change Request and timely completion of system enhancement requests

·     Provides problem-solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers which is professional, responsive, and drives initiatives to completion.

Required Experience, Languages and Qualifications

Experience:

·     2- 4 years of experience in SAP MM module.

·     Basic understanding of SAP MM integration with other SAP modules.

·     Exposure to SAP MM customization and enhancements.

·     Should have basic knowledge of all SAP modules with good understanding of standard business process in SAP ECC, S/4HANA

·     Any certification in SAP and S4 HANA would be an added advantage.

·     Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.

·     Ability to work independently and accomplish goals with minimum supervision
