담당업무 : PM Role Responsibilities Managing Projects - Ensuring that projects are planned and effectively executed to manage cost and schedule, so that they meet ERM’s and our client’s expectations;
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills, writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of impactful client communication;
- Providing project management and technical expertise for outbound investment projects into international markets. In particular, overseeing the delivery of environmental permitting and planning related from site selection to site operations.
Managing and Developing Clients - Maintaining and developing client relationship;
- Preparing proposals and presentations;
- Communicating and consulting about their inquiries related projects and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Managing the Team - Demonstrating strong people management skills; particularly the ability to support, coach, motivate and celebrate others in order to advance employee engagement and achieve results.
