1. Pre-season management (Quarterly) - Review seasonal Initial allocation & assortment
sent from APAC Allocation Team - Adjust the IA assortment and door cluster based on
sales trend, store environment and retail circumstance - Schedule IA in-store dates considering sales and
inventory level, internal target, store and SC team’s capacity - Create RTP (Release-to-pick) to execute the
allocation as planned - Product deliveries and allocation to ensure
that seasonal deliveries and monthly floor-set launches are executed in stores
on time - Effectively
manage a healthy stock flow based on sales trend ; manage
liability styles to increase sell-thru and inventory
rebalancing between stores 2. In-season management - Manage
auto-replenishment (3 times a week) - Review and
optimize the model stock depending on sales trends and the inventory level of
store at SKU level (weekly) - Rebalance
inventory between stores to increase sell-thru and maintain a healthy stock
flow - Manual
replenishments for additional required inventory for markdown, holidays, retail
events…(Ad-hoc) 3. End-season management - Manage
stores to execute Write-off return (2 times a year) - Manage
carryover items : recoding, reticketing, replenishment, re-order request to
APAC planning team … 4. Support seasonal buy with an allocation
perspective
