*Position summary:According to the guidance of plant manager and the relevant company policies, control production activities, process improvement, safety issues, maintenance/repairing works and lead operation workforce to meet the plant’s target in efficient manner.
*Main Tasks:- Evaluate the manufacturing of products in production lines and assume responsibility for product performance, cost and delivery- Manage site service agreement to ensure manufacturing objectives with quality and cost effectiveness- Implement the relevant safety & environmental protection policies and procedures- Develop, monitor, and implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards- Supervise and monitor ISO/UL/CSA related activities to ensure obtain of certification and maintain the quality assurance system in the Company Management- Develop, implement and supervise production plans and strategies, including budget control, plant expansion and major expenditures for facilities and equipment
*Education/Qualifications required:
- BS degree of Chemistry or Chemical engineering related major- Plant experience more than 7 years or designated by management- Speaking and writing in Korean and English well

- Candidate who has experience in chemical plant as process engineer is preferred
