- Identify and harmonize strategic training needs based on dealer development network plan
- Implement Volkswagen / Audi standard qualification and new products training program
- Manage, prepare and report technical training results to management & Volkswagen
- Coordinate training event (i.e RQWC / Twin cup), registration, training materials and online training program in LMS
- Optimize training program based on training survey and market forecast

- Min. 7 years in Technical training experience in automotive industry is required
- Min. 3 years in Product support or Technician experience in automotive industry is preferred
- High level of Understanding about service business in automotive industry is required
- High level of Understanding about automotive technology is required
- High level of Understanding about pedagogical knowledge is required
- High level of Presentation and Communication skills is required
- High level of Computer literacy - basic database is required
- Analyzing, reporting, and process management skills required
- Fluent Korean and Advanced English required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Education major preferred
