담당업무

• - Set up Marketing Strategy for Skincare category
• - Develop profitable brands and new products
  1.   1) Spearhead product/packaging innovation.
  2.   2)Ensure a balanced and consistent innovation pipeline.
  3.   3) Lead cross-functional efforts for new product/packaging initiatives (new technology, new brand, etc.).
  4.   4) Lead the development of naming and launch plans.
  5.   5) Define learning needs and required market research.
• - Develop valuable solution programs to provide a relevant and integrated approach for consumers
• - Establish and execute multi-year brand/marketing plans, encompassing:
  1.   1) Category/portfolio planning, including discontinuation of underperforming brands/products.
  2.   2) Brand positioning/claims development.
  3. Integrated marketing campaign assets development (advertising, media, packaging, PR).
  4.   3) Product pricing strategies.
• - Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Markets, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulation, Creative, Procurement, Digital & IT, PR & Social communication, etc.

자격요건

* Knowledge of Skincare cosmetics brand management principles and practices 

  - Excellent in marketing strategy set-up and execution.

  - Strong organizational and time management skills.

  - Passionate about creativity and effective strategy implementation.

  - Insight into consumer needs and behaviors.

 - Demonstrated expertise in skincare brand management principles and practices.

  - Profound understanding of skincare brand strategy development.

  - Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

 - Interpersonal skills for positive and professional interaction with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds.

  - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
