To achieve sales &
sell-through objectives for the business at country level. To propose and implement
adequate commercial actions to increase the business. To act as a coordinator between
Boutique Managers, Manang Director and respective department in HQ. To formulate and coordinate
launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business. To organize and manage adequate
assortment and transfer. To develop knowledge of the
markets, gather and provide marketing information on sales, products, prices,
consumer behavior, customer needs, trends, competition. To organize and conduct the
products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community. To collaborate with the
Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth
delivery process. To work with the VM to define
commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility. To collaborate with PR to give
visibility to the products. To be fully retail oriented,
with frequent visits and strategies on stores.
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑
At
least 5 years extensive experience in merchandising focused in Women Universe
& luxury retail. Proficiency
English.
