담당업무
반도체 공정에서 발생되는 defects을 관리하고 제거 활동을 하는 Defect 전문 Engineer로서 Defects inspection tools과 Review 설비를 활용하여 defects classification수행하고 제품 특성을 개선하며, Klarity의 활용 및 SPC 및 Defect density 관리를 통하여 In line defects 및 제품의 수율 안정화 관리 업무를 진행합니다. ㆍInspection tools : AIT / KLA / Eagle / Kronos / Altair ㆍReview tools : SEMVsion G3, SEMVsion G2, Leica microscope ㆍPrefer to have experience semiconductor or related industry. ㆍPrefer to have experience Klarity program for defect management ㆍDefects density and SPC management ㆍParticle reduction activity with inspection tools ㆍFactory quality control with defects management ㆍTrouble solving a chronic defect ㆍSupporting new device & new process ㆍInteract collaboratively with Process, equipment, production
자격요건
ㆍ재료, 전자, 물리, 화학, 반도체 관련 학과의 4년제 대학교(학사) 졸업 또는 졸업예정자
