담당업무
- - Sales Responsible for the instrumentation and control system Modernization business portfolio with End Customer and EPC.
- - Lead Instrumentation & Control Modernization and Upgrade Project.
- - Manage pipeline creation, management, and analysis for the Instrumentation & Control modernization solution.
- - Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
- - Achieve growth sales targets for the region.
- - Establish long-term customer relationships, reacting immediately to issues, and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of the instrumentation & Control system solution.
- - Generate booking for the responsible solution to meet the assigned team target.
- - Drive regular knowledge exchange on strategy and portfolio with Product and Solution Sales, Service Delivery and Customer Services Headquarter.
- - Perform market analysis, follow market trends and maintain Siemens Energy’s trendsetter position
- - Supply feed-back to the service portfolio management in headquarter and provide input for marketing (e.g. references) and represent service portfolio in marketing activities (e.g. on trade fairs).
- - Work closely with Bid Management, Execution, and other BUs to prepare sales plan and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- - Follow up the internal processes from order to dispatch in coordination with related teams to ensure delivery of the modernization solution.
- - Comply with regulations and company policies.
자격요건
- - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical-Electronics Engineering.
- - 5 ? 10 years of experience in modernization sales role with DCS technical background.
- - Experience with End Customer & EPC, preferably in automation solution at power generation sector.
- - Competitive awareness and a working knowledge in DCS, TCS, Simulator, PLC.
- - Experience with Siemens DCS products and/or large scale DCS’s will be highly regarded.
- - Knowledge and experience on Electrical Control Systems i.e. Excitation Systems e.g. Semipol, Thyripol, RG3, and Electrical Protection e.g. SIPROTEC, Reyrolle will be added advantage.
- - Collaborative, solution focused approach, and proactive communication skills.
- - Excellent command of Korean and English language
- - Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
- - Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country.
