Job Description
Learning and Development □ Complete needs analysis for request for learning intervention and establishes supporting plan □ Design and develop training contents that are blended in their approach for team members □ Facilitate trainings by utilizing available resources, technology, and creative mediums as appropriate □ Ensures that appropriate knowledge checks and necessary remedial action occurs □ Maintains accurate development records within Learning Management System □ Undertakes project work and other reasonable duties when requested by the Group/Region L&D
Quality and Compliance □ Monitors customer interaction channels (i.e. call/email/chat) and relevant service reports, with partnering with Team Leaders to discuss monitor results, report on team trends and recommend key focuses for teams or individuals □ Create and use QA report in addition to the KPI monthly scorecard to analyse quality measures, which should then be documented into the quality improvement tracker. □ Facilitate regular calibration sessions with internal business partners and external clients

Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
□ Customer Service Management/ Quality Assurance / Business Process Improvement □ Passion for the development of people and business improvement □ Computer skills including strong ability to navigate Internet and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). LMS (eLearning) and content authoring tool
□ Motivating Others Creates a climate in which people want to do their best; motivates teams and/or project members. Invites input from each person and shares ownership. Makes each individual feel their work is important; is someone people like working for and with. □ Resilience □ Drive Results □ Functional/Technical Skills □ Mentoring and Coaching □ Quality Review and Evaluation □ Service Delivery □ Concierge, Hospitality, Luxury or other similar sector operational background (e.g. logistics, security, shared service), banking/hotel/travel industry is an advantage.
