*Position summary: To efficiently manage the export order fulfillment and handle customers’ inquiries/complaints in accordance with established operation policies and practices in order to secure and enhance business opportunities.
*Main Tasks: - Process & communicate customer orders/changes according to established business policies/procedures after confirmation of stock availability. - Coordinate loading / vessel booking schedule / documentation / other process with Site Logistics, Logistics Service Providers, and other service team to execute order smoothly. - Communicate with regional SCM, Sales & Marketing and overseas partners on relevant information, shipment schedules, product availability, incident, escalations etc. - Coordinate and follow up customer complaints through NCM (Non-Conformance Management) process with the relevant personnel to be resolved with stakeholders. - Update daily order Masterfile and provide weekly/monthly summary report of order status with relevant partners.
*Education/Qualifications required: - At least more than 3 years’ experience on export operations is required - Fluent English in both spoken and written language is required/ Native level of Korean - SAP experience in SD module is essential - Proactive interaction with business partners is required to resolve operational issues - Capable of working under high pressure and complex business environments
