외국계 HR SPECIALIST 모집

Position: HR SPECIALIST (PAYROLL, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Payroll

· Salary for permanent staff

· Incentives for Sales Consultants

· Withholding tax reporting preparation

· Superannuation payment

· 노동력조사 고용노동부 제출

· Year-end tax adjustment

· Prepare audit reports regarding Payroll

· 재직자 퇴직연금 중도인출 관련 업무 (ad hoc)

· 급여정산업체 월별 수수료 지급 관리

*** Payroll 업무는 급여정산업체  회계법인과 협업***

 

2. Compensation

· Arrange performance evaluation (twice a year)

· Manage performance evaluation reports for office, factory, stores

· Manage awards nomination and follow up with Asia HQ office

· Prepare salary adjustment and bonus scheme report

· Prepare compensation package letters

· Assist in distributing compensation package letters

· Update salary information on HR system

 

3. Benefits

· Manage employee benefit policy & staff list 관리 (통신비사내판매 )

· Manage employees` medical check up program

· 명절선물 준비

· 상조용품 재고/발주 관리

· Congratulatory and Condolences follow up (부고공지화한용품접수경조금 지급 )

· 기타 임직원 복지 관련 운영 follow up

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· 4년제 대학교 졸업자 이상

· 유관업무 경력 2 이상

· 성실한 꼼꼼한 

· 영어가능자 우대

 

OTHER INFORMATION

고용형태정규직, 3개월 수습기간 적용
