< Job Purpose >
This position leverages experience in IVD and medical device industries
to provide support for
academic knowledge transfer, marketing and sales activities.
< 담당업무 >
- Provide customers with academic knowledge such as biochemistry,
immunology, microbiology,
biomedical laboratory science, and nursing about IVD medical devices such
as rapid diagnosis of
infectious diseases and blood collection products.
- Conduct product presentations,
demonstrations, and product training for customers and
business partners such as
laboratory medicine, nurses, and clinical pathologists etc.
- Create and deliver educational
materials to ensure users have a thorough understanding of
device functionalities and
clinical application. And Develop training plan that cater to various skill
levels and address specific clinical cases.
- Develop evaluation protocols,
conduct evaluation, analyze statistics and report evaluation results.
- Support interpretation of
clinical data and provides knowledge and insights for optimized product use.
- Review various academic
documents related to products such as domestic and international
academic papers and provide
clinical insights and expertise during the planning, data collection,
and analysis phases of research projects.
- Manage customer complaint:
Investigate customer complaints and follow-up process to resolve issues.
- Cultivate strong relationships
with laboratory medicine, hospital administrators, and key
stakeholders to understand their
needs and expectations better. And gather feedback from
customers to identify opportunities for
improvement and innovation.
- Work closely across all
product-related projects to support collaboration between sales, sales
operation, and technical service
team.
< Qualification >
- Education:
MBS or other advanced degree in Nursing, Biomedical Laboratory Science,
Biology, Chemistry etc.
- 3- years of
Knowledge and experience in IVD industry
- Creativity
and business thinking
- Risk-management
& Troubleshooting experience.
- Have
experience in building trust, positive relationships with managing clients,
distributors, and
key internal stakeholders.
- Great
communication and documentation skills
- Fluent in
English
