- - Proactively initiate customer contact on a regular basis to develop positive, long-term,
- business relationships
- Provide technical support and consult our customers regarding software products in
- assigned department
- Prepare and perform customer training sessions
- Handle second level support requests initiated by customers
- Conduct demonstrations and customer workshops to promote Vector tools within
- customer organizations
- Teamwork in our department for Network & Hardware Test Tools
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in hardware development or HIL(Hardware-In-the-Loop) System test area
- Experience of automotive ECU development with Vector tools
(ex. VTSystem, CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, etc.) - Experience of vehicle network test (ex. CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.)
- Development experience of vehicle dynamics tools is a plus
(ex. DYNA4, veDYNA, CarMaker, CarSim, etc.) - Strong communication skills including verbal and listening skills
- Strong persuasion and facilitation skills to be effective with different personnel
levels and functions both at the customer and internally - Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed
customer expectations - Korean native speaker, good English skills
- Driver’s License and more than 1 year of driving experience
