- Delivers coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network and animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience and boutique sales
- Offers 360° analysis of respective boutiques and their teams based on individual KPIs and creates Individual Development Plans
- Defines training and coaching calendar for entire region
- Conduct regularly training of products, selling ceremony and related contents to ensure staffs’ expertise as brand ambassadors
- Creates and conducts thorough onboarding program for new-joiners
- Manages all local mystery shopping activities as well as contact to respective partner
- Manages and executes all local mobile learning initiatives etc

- Coordinate the selection of clients, hospitality programs & hosting for international & regional projects; such as fashion shows, high-end events and corporate exceptional experiences
- Create strategic & creative local PCR experiences alongside the Events team or external third parties as appropriate
- Identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients` interests and develop their loyalty to the brand
- Be knowledgeable and aware of the market trends and competitors, analysing and recommending areas for business development and improvement
- Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to recruit new high potential clients
- Cost control and budgets for all PCR activities, monitor results & profitability of all actions
