The role will be responsible for:
Store
activities technology set up for store renovation / opening and event
· Collaborate
and manage internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage
IT vendor to deliver store opening activities such as new store, relocation,
renovation, popup in Korea across Fashion brands.
· Manage
IT vendors to set up IT infrastructure (hardware and software), coordinate
testing, perform QA & QC checks.
· Collaborate
with tech team (workplace, network team, service desk & HQ) for store
technical setup.
· Collaborate
with business on store activities schedule and IT requirement.
· Support
business team on project budget planning and third-party device setup (traffic
counter, CCTV, music, energy meters, etc)
· Regular
review and improvement with IT vendor and business to improve the IT store
activities process.
Leading initiatives around store IT standardization
· Align
and standardize local process & store setup with regional team & HQ,
· Suggest
the process improvement areas and aim for continuous improvement and
collaboration efficiency
· Work
with business retail operations and regional infrastructure team to conduct
refreshment of store infrastructure (end of life / service device refreshment,
standardize configurations etc.
· Co-ordination of testing, process change,
training, and user communications
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:
Experience & Competencies
· Minimum
3 years of proven experience in managing IT store activities projects.
· Retail
or related background is preferred
· Experience
in store technology set up, store opening, renovation, relocation, etc
· Basic
understanding of networking (layer 1 and layer 2), store technology setup.
· Ability
to communicate and set clear expectation with internal and external
stakeholders, including general contractors, third party devices vendor, ISP, internal
IT technical team, and IT vendors.
· Experience
in project management and interpersonal skills, ability to develop
comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables,
timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
· Confidence
and flexibility to often work under significant pressure
· Positive
‘can-do’ attitude. Determination to solve complex problems / issues. Constantly
drive new ideas and challenge the status.
· Intermediate
English written and verbal communication skills
Academic / Professional
Qualifications:
· Degree
in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· Qualifications
/ certifications in project management and infrastructure are bonus
