담당업무

• Define, select and manage supplier portfolio
• Understand the demand of business stakeholders and  analyze the suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality for the benefit of the company
• Develop purchasing strategies based on several category of spending
• Monitor, control and evaluate the vendors’ performance
• Perform the regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in the financial and non-financial factors
• Ensure to be complaint with SOPs and regulations
• Train the all employee on effective procurement process and SOP

자격요건

• 7~12  years of extensive experience in procurement.    
• Process set up experience would be highly preferred
• Hands on experience in indirect procurement operations 
• SAP preferred
• Fluent in English
