PR & Marketing Executive  

담당업무

1) Summary of Position
Plan and execute PR and Marketing activities to elevate the brand in line with business strategies/HQ guidelines
 
2) Activities:
PR & Communication
- Implement Integrated communication strategy to reinforce brand awareness and desirability
- Maximize the reach with integrated all communication and media tools considering the media journey or consumer brand journey of our target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Sales, Digital departments and HQ to elevate the brand, product, and events as a person in charge of PR
- Build up strong relationships with press, stylists, influencers, and etc., securing maximum opportunities of coverage and be the main contact to manage the list.
- Produce and distribute press materials and look-book to secure digital and print coverages for frequent issues (e.g., monthly fashion news, special projects, collaboration, events etc.)
- Optimize paid and un-paid shootings with magazines for monthly issue
- Examine and proofread translations from HQ prior to local publishing
- Analyze and report results of PR activities monthly based on calculative logics and PR/event trends and competitors` activities in order to benchmark best practices
- Monitor celebrity exposures, brand related issues, competitors frequently
- Manage PR stocks(Sponsorship in/out, returning carnet to HQ), goods and delivery to maintain its quality
 
Marketing
- Execute strategies to leverage the quality and to increase the opportunities of brand experience to drive sales
- Manage monthly marketing expense in line with marketing A&P, by keeping track of expenses and vendors, and from creating PO to GR Follow-up
 
Project & Event
- Support developing events to introduce new launch of products, hero products in line with marketing plan and reinforce the brand awareness (e.g., Arena A-Awards, Road Show etc.)
- Analyze and report results and ROI of each events
 
Internal communication:
- Keep close contact with relevant departments at Headquarters
- Work together with Wholesale and Retail department
- Ensure proper support and participation in Monthly Management Meetings
- Keep contact with regional and international subsidiaries
 
3) Key objectives:
- Develop PR/communication strategy with overall brand’s strategy.
- Maximize brand awareness and uplift brand image.
- Efficiently manage PR/communication budget.
- Optimize communication flow between other departments.
 
4) Dimension:
Geographical responsibility: 
South Korea.
 
5) Key relationship with:
Internal contacts:

  • - Reports to  Marketing & Communication Manager
  • - Work closely with: Commercial team, Retail team, HQ, and local SWM.

 
Direct / reviewing manager: Marketing & Communication Manager


자격요건

럭셔리 또는 리테일 기업에서 1년 이상 5년 이내 경력자 

적극적인 성향의 후보자, 영어 우수자 우대
