Job Purpose: - - Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training functions and events
- - Support Trainers to research, organize, and learn new techniques to better educate trainees
- - Typically work in an office environment and report to training supervisors
- - Help to update/improve/develop training documents
Key Responsibilities: - - Manage the administration of programs: attendance, training records, training evaluation compilation.
- - Maintenance training tool including Company Training online module maintenance, translations
- - Prepare online training course and schedules
- - Collecting & Reporting Online training result / Follow up
- - Organizes and coordinate logistics required for all training events (Organize training venues, training room set up, training documents, hotel, train/flights, meals…)
- - Maintain training assets: catalogues, books, products (preparation for product sample)
- Translate training materials
Requirements: - - Bachelor’s degree holder
- - Preferably at least 2 years experiences related with training / Administration
- - Fashion industry experience is preferred
- - Competent PC skills in all Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
