Retail Training Manager for Korea is responsible for the overall strategic planning & execution of Retail Training while partnering with the business to provide proactive, commercially focused, and high-quality training and development. He/She will make recommendations and decisions and promote training initiatives and learning roadmap for retail employees to support long-term business plans and positively impact the results of the business.

- At least 10 years of training experience and 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail business
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diversity
- Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills
- Demonstrated expertise in training and facilitation skills
- Excellent influence, interpersonal communication, problem solving, follow up and creative solution generation skills
