Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
 
To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with Wholesale Mono Accounts in Market While respecting the image of the adidas brands.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
-To develop objectives and action plans for the assigned mono accounts that build develop the account network and deliver the required financial results.
-To visit customers regularly respecting the store visit checklist guidelines (VM, WSP/WOM, RSM, reorders, POS material, etc.) and conducting the store audits, ensuring continuous improvement of the store audit results.
-To measure progress on own KPIs.
-To monitor and report on customers.
-To monitor all reports and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions with strategic approach.
-Understand sales policies, strategies, terms and condition to expand accounts business according to the company`s direction. (store opening, closing and upscaling)
-Manages and executes a sales plan for respective accounts in the market.
-Reports market situation, condition, needs and changes to the respective team head periodically.
-Sales target responsibility & Managing A/R.
-Executes and follows up on pre-sell order seasonally and shipping plan.
-To ensure customer compliance with agreements.
-To participate in sales project and task force teams for specific sales initiatives that improve current sales practices to achieve the overall sales goals.
-To create common reports and to support tasks in mono team.

-Global: Centre of Excellence (CoE) Wholesale
-Market: Brands, Customer Service, Business Development, Controlling, Planning, Logistics.
-External: Customers, Agencies
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
-Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

-University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
-3~12 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
-Experience of people and operational management preferred.
-Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
-IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills.
