1. Business Development:
- · Build knowledge of trends within the industry, customers, and competitors
- · Work with the Business Director to develop an effective strategy to penetrate markets and accounts
- · Identify and develop new sales/project opportunities
2. Account Management:
- · Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, and respond to their queries in a timely manner
- · Build and strengthen customer relationships through effective networking
- · Set and track sales account targets and achievements aligned with company objectives
- · Achieve KPIs to improve sales performance following sales, safety, and quality policies

3. Negotiates with customer and sign contracts
- · Plan the negotiation process and define the value-added offer, target selling price, and profitability.
- · Prepare proposals containing appropriate terms and pricing to the customer
- · Obtains customer commitment by contract signature in compliance with AL Sales Policy
- · Keep track of sales offers, contracts
4. Collaborate with a wide variety of corporate, supporting, and product groups
- · Achieve action plan to drive revenues and market share growths with each respective group scope
- · Gather customer and market intelligence to define together the value-added offer, target selling price, and profitability. Act as the representative of these groups as ONE AL.
- · Promote inter-company team spirit and efficiency
5. Others
- · Support organization goals
- · Actively raise awareness of safety and quality by following company`s policies
자격요건
- · Education Level: Bachelor`s degree or above
- · Years of Working Experience: 3 + years
- · Major: Chemical Engineering/Material/Semiconductor or any other related majors
- · Language(s) : Fluent English
- · Semiconductor Industry experience is a must
