Purpose of the Job

·     Lead and manage QESH team, functions and day to day operations

·     Implement, maintain, review, sustain and update the QESH management systems.

·     Manage product & service quality and enhance customer satisfaction

·     Lead operational ESH for legal compliance and incident free environment

·     Ensure organization’s QESH performance are set and meet.

·     Promote and drive QESH cultural change and continuous improvement.

·     Implement global projects and processes.

Education requirements:

·       Engineering Degree in mechanical

·       Diploma or degree in OSH preferred but not mandatory.

Job experience:

·       Min 3 - 5 years of work experience in manufacturing industry.

·       Implementation & maintenance experience of QMS, EMS & OHSMS..

·       Knowledge of Korean ESH related legal requirements, global safety standards and best manufacturing practices.

·       ESH Risk and incident management

·       Industrial technical and ESH training
