Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Admin role is designed to support the effective operations and customer service of our sales and marketing teams. This position entails various responsibilities, including the management of promotional materials, oversight of the sales team and customer-exclusive websites, support for educational programs, data searching and monitoring, and miscellaneous support tasks such as organizing internal and external meetings, handling visitors, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Materials Management:
- - Coordinate and manage the inventory of promotional materials.
- - Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of promotional items.
- - Maintain a record of promotional expenditures and track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Sales Team and Customer Website Management:
- - Oversee and update content on the sales team and customer-exclusive websites.
- - Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
Support for Training Programs
- - Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs for internal teams and clients.
- - Prepare necessary materials and logistics for training sessions and workshops.
- - Gather feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Data Searching and Monitoring:.
- - Conduct research to gather relevant market data and industry trends.
- - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns.
- - Provide regular reports and insights based on data analysis.
Miscellaneous Support Tasks:
- - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
- - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- - Handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with website management tools.
- - Prior experience in sales and marketing support roles is preferred.
