This service provides the hands-on support for end-user and site-based infrastructure, mainly covering on-site PC and video conference support, but also some basic on-site server, server room & telecoms tasks, executive PC/meeting support and occasional offsite support for users at meetings/conferences.
JOB PURPOSE
1. End user hardware installation & issuing
2. Basic diagnostics and hardware repair (PCs), handing to 3rd parties for advanced repair as per Mars contracts/warrantees.
3. Management of PC replacement cycles according to Mars procedures
4. Control of asset status in inventory tool (storage /production /retired etc.)
5. Problem analysis and root cause search to provide input for Problem Management.
6. On-site incident management for video-conferencing meetings (that cannot be resolved by MSD remotely).
7. Proactively regular check for meeting room device and environment. Repair or escalate correctly following Mars processes if any issues or risks found.
8. Additional hardware maintenance service focus on those IT asset out of warranties, such as providing additional hardware warranties, repair for hardware issues, purchasing for broken hardware by demand etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Education & Professional Qualification University Degree or Equivalent
2. Knowledge/Experience: Experience of related working.
3. Business English writing and reading
