ㆍJOB SUMMARY
Peresonnel in the planning team of medical affairs are scientific professionals is contributed to manage the life cycle of products through developing the sponsor initated study(SIS), managing the Investigator Initated study(IIS) aligned the medical strategy and communicating Key External Expert(KEE)s related to Company products and therapeutic area(TA). And also, they are communiating with Key Externla Expert(KEE)s to indentify medical unmet needs through scientific meeting such as adviosry board meeting, symposia or face to face meeting. They are equipped with high level of scientific knolwedges and communication skills.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Core Job 1 Life Cycle Management(LCM) Develop the medical strategic plan for the assigned products with evidence and insights in the medical environments Communicate with HQ and Key stakeholders Core Job 2 Evidence Generation: Investigator Initiated Study(IIS) Review of applied synopsis on scientific perspective and communication with GMA(Global Medical Affairs) for approval Communication with the investigator and the institution Mangement of all procedure related the clinical study: subject enrollment, payment Follow up of publication and advisory board meeting with investigator to get medical interpretation? Management of budget Core Job 3 Evidence Generation: Sponsor Initiated Study(SIS) Development of concept reflected unmet medical needs Review and Medical writing on publication Core Job 4 Engagement with stakeholders Recognition of medical unmet needs in therapeutic area through quality call and attending lecture at scientific society Plan and implement of scientific meetings (eg. Symposia, Advisory Board Meeting) Core Job 5 Handling unsolicited request for off-label information Scientific knowledge of product and therateutic area Delivery correct information of off-label to stakeholder on nature tone TASKS Update progress of enrollment on system (monthly, quraterly on IMPaCT) Create, update and comply the global/ local SOP Monthly journal club Create slide deck for medical communication
