Requirements 

Technical education beyond high school , equivalent work experience acceptable

Proficient in Network service , Mobile apps and ITSM

Windows and IOS as part of operating system solutions

Understanding of technical standards, principles, concepts and techniques

Understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology

Familiar with digital experience solution such as Retail mobile solution , panel and multimedia devices

Language requirement of both Korean and English

Qualifications (minimal requirements) 

Willingness to continually learn m experiment and self-improve

A vocal assertive and helpful disposition and ability to be a forward thinker and recommend proactive measures to limit event frequency

Experience in a Retail support environment is a plus

Skilled to handle multiple simultaneous tasks in dynamic and high-pressure situations and prioritize them accordingly

Solid teamwork & collaboration skills
