A multinational fashion organisation is searching for a Logistics Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for handling international shipments, customs clearance, and other related duties. This is a contract-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Update shipping status files by season and brand
• Provide cargo information to customs agents
• Coordinate with forwarders to investigate the cause of loss or damage during transit
• Handle inbound and outbound management
• Oversee price tag master creation and maintenance for all brands per shipment
• Facilitate payment requests, billing statement review and confirmation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related major is advantageous
• More than 3 years of practical experience
• Prior fashion, luxury, or retail industry experience
• Experience in Stealth or SAP is preferred
• Fluent level written and verbal English
