Cleanroom operations. 

• - Develop workflow and business processes to improve efficiency for clean room operations.
• - Identify clean room operations improvement opportunities and manage the implementation to success.
• - Support the management of training and certification for clean room users.
• - Manage the list of supplies required for clean room operations and support procurement of these supplies.
• - Ensure the overall lab operates in a manner that consistently protects customer IP and manage the systems used to protect customer IP (RFID, badge controls, physical access controls, etc.).
• - Work with GWS and Metrology teams for short-term and long-term clean room space management. Support planning for Phase 2 lab expansion.
• 
  Wafer logistics.
• - Identify wafer logistics improvement opportunities and manage the implementation to success.
• - Resolve wafer quality issues.
• - Develop local suppliers for wafers and for wafer reclaim.
• - Support the planning for and implementation and management of an off-site warehouse for wafers, parts and equipment.
